Look and find the pictures of the blue coupe that was used for the debut show, it has the spoiler on it and there are many pictures of it from various angles. Then just compare to the images honda has of it without.
Rear end spoiler
I'm planning on buying a new Honda Civic Coupe in the very near future. Before I do, I'd like to get a direct comparison between how it looks FROM THE SIDE with a rear end spoiler vs without. On the HOnda site, when going thru the "build your own" Civic, they only have a front side view, which hardly shows the spoiler. They also have a rear end view, but I'd really like to know the difference it makes when viewing it directly from the side. Anybody know where I could find such a comparison?

that said, having see the coupe in person without a spoiler, it still has a very nice back end. But i'll definitely be getting the spoiler when i get my coupe, it just finishes the trunk off nicely.

Sorry to seem dense, but what debut show? I saw a green concept car at the NY auto show last year. I heard there the sedan was debuted at the LA car show, but I don't know of a debut with the Civic. I'll try to search on Honda civic debut.

I did finally find a pic of a blue coupe from the side, and I A/B'ed that to a video, which I paused while it was showing a side view. Unfortunately, I'm still not sure which one I want. but I won't bother anyone else with this. I realize it's a personal decision.

The rear spoiler, as shown in the picture in this thread, just seems like such a throw away accessory. If I get a spoiler it has to look a bit more substantial than this one.

I'm sure they're reserving the "more substantial" spoiler for the Si models.
