Rear hatch won't open with lock/unlock

I did a search on here and saw some good info

Rear hatch wont open. The lock makes no noise when you hit the buttons on the fob or inside the car to unlock. using your hand to push the button on the hatch doesnt work either

Changed the lock/actuator and still nothing

Any know what fuse number works the hatch lock on a 17? The fuse diagram has fuses labelled for each of the other 4 doors, but not the rear hatch
