I recently have been unable to enter a new address destination into the Navigation System. The system insists that the vehicle be stopped. I've tried when in park with the motor running and also when the motor was turned off. I'm still able to use previously entered destinations and search for types of locations but simply not enter new addresses. Any ideas?:crying:

Have you tried a hard reboot of the head unit? Press and hold the power button until you get the reboot notification.
