Hi everyone, new to the forum. Just replaced our son's 2013 Civic with this 2016 EX-T sedan two weeks ago. He had his same sub and 5 channel amp installed in the 16 Civic Saturday and he wss so disappointed in the cheap interior ratlling itself to death. Doors and rear deck are horrible. His 2013 Civic was silent inside. Now we have to sound deaden everything and put more weight back in than Honda took out. Rest of the car seems good, we'll see. Just ordered a bunch of matting from A'zon.

Got some adhesive mat, foam, and a couple other things to try and deaden the rattling this weekend. Found a few vids some folks shared but I'll take any input if you have yours figured out. Thanks.

Welcome to the forum. Interior rattles have been a complaint on the Civic for years, and unfortunately it seems to be a hit or miss issue from owner to owner. With an aftermarket sound system this problem is going to be even more prominent, but I agree that Honda has cheaped out a bit on cabin insulation.

Hello everybody I have a 2009 civic EX GT which has a entertainment and satnav issue, it sometimes will not start up at all, or comes on when it feels like it. Some days it's fine then it might go off for a couple of days then come back now and again. The power seems to be missing then comes on including the cigarette lighter, CD, radio satnav, phone connectivity etc. The air con and other dash board is fine. Is an update needed or is it something more technical?
