The current Civic Si is a cruel and pitiful joke compared to the venerable si and siR's of yore, however the latest rumor is that we could see the new si with a blown 4, imagine it slotting in between EX and Type R.... YES EFFING PLEASE...

They are better off with a turbo in the Type-R version rather than in the Si, it would help to make Type-R's even better.

If Honda turbos the Si what would be the point of the Type R? It's kind of like what they did when they shot themselves in the foot with the Integra/RSX vs the Si and had to nix the RSX out of production because the Si was better and less expensive. And now comes in 4-doors like the Integras of yore used to.

I don't think they would ever turbo the Si, I'd prefer a NA Si and a turbo Type R

If we don't get a type r in N.A I'll take an Si turbo anyday...
