I am having issue with connecting my phone (Samsung Galaxy A5) to my 2016 Honda Civic. Since I got this car one month ago I connected my phone to the car, everything (Android Auto, Honda Link, Bluetooth) works fine. But in few days none of the connection works. If I connect the phone through USB I get message “Unable to connect the device”. At this point Bluetooth, Hotspot, Android Auto nothing works. If I restore the audio panel to Factory default data everything works fine. I faced this issue 3 times in last one month. Does anyone faced same issue and know any permanent solution to this? Thanks.
