Hello everyone,

I will be purchasing my first civic within the month. I currently own a 2014 Evo X GSR but am pretty tired of it and looking for something cheaper, better gas mileage, comfy, and can go on long road trips.

That is where the civic hatchback will be coming in! I am thinking of either the Sport or the EX. I like the sport but I also really wanted the touchscreen of the EX.

As for colors, I either wanted the metal or the sonic grey but I have not seen a sonic grey in person.

Can anyone tell me how the sonic grey looks? Also which would you guys go for? The sport with the optional wheels (do these look good? i havent seen a single picture on the forums with anyone having them) or go with the EX and do the optional black wheels?

Any advice would be great for a soon to be owner!

hi i have the LX(canadian )
and i have the big screen and loving my hatch as ever!!!!
ill buy nicer wheels next year!...about the sonic grey...im not sure but thats my personnal opinion

None of those get an si!! lol jk! I have seen the sonic grey in person and its gorgeous! Good luck keep us posted!

There was a Sonic Grey hatchback at the dealership where I got my blue one and it looked wayyy sick I say go for it. Also I got the EX and love it, I can't imagine a smaller touchscreen the 7" is perfect. And all of the safety features on the EX are fantastic. If you every plan on adding a trailer hitch don't get the sport because the exhaust is in the way. I'm thinking about getting a hitch for road trips. I have a roof cargo box, but with the sun roof and just the shape of the roof I'm not sure about getting a rack for it, but a super tiny trailer may be perfect.

what about those optional wheels on the sport and sport touring? anyone seem pics of them or seen them in person? I cant find any online other than when you "build" a civic on the website, which doesnt even look the same as they do in person
