Hey guys, picked up a Rallye Red Civic Si Coupe last Friday, I love it so far. I've put 1000 Kilometers on it, and I'm still pretty new to driving stick. In the last couple of days while shifting I've been starting to notice a squeak in the shifter. It almost sounds like it's not lubricated or something? Has anyone else had this issue or any suggestions on a fix? Thanks a lot. :)

I noticed a squeak also but not often i have just over 1300 miles on my SI and i know what your experiencing. i think its the boot on the shifter but i could be wrong i would do what 10genSI said if its happening a lot i am sure being new to driving a stick does not cause squeaky shifters ahehe... brakehold is like cheating i love it! enjoy the new ride and let me know what you find out.

Thanks! Really enjoying the vehicle, and thanks for the input. Glad I'm not the only one experiencing this. If I find time this week and it bugs me enough I'll bring it in and update you all!
