Sway bar hitting control arm

I recently installed a set of Tru Hart Street Plus coil overs on my sons 21 Honda Civic sport hatchback. The sway bar is now hitting the lower control arm when going down the road and hitting any bump. Has anyone else had this problem and if so what was your fix ?
