What do those little letters mean up near the top of the Sirius XM screen? I couldn't find anything in the owners manual - Page 246 shows "CH" and a Pause icon up at the top, but I've seen other abbreviations up there.

These appear just to the left of the "Neural" icon.

Folks - I know what SXM means. I'm talking about the little letters up to the left of the Neural icon.

DTS Neural is supposed to take two channel source material and make it sound 5.1-ish surroundy. YMMV.

As to the mystery letters, it might help if you threw us a bone and gave some examples of the letters. My car is in the garage. And I can't receive SXM. So I can't see them to even hazard a guess.

TW is one (I'm assuming it stands for Traffic/Weather)
CH is another

It's really not too expensive. I got 6 months for $29.95 and they gave me an extra 2 months for free. I've had sat radio in other cars but I figured I'd be happy with iHeart and other streaming services. I actually preferred Sat because of the diversity of the stations, no reception issues when driving in the boondocks. I'm going to keep it on as long as I keep getting good deals on the renewals.

I see a satellite icon next to the battery icon so my best guess is "Satellite Function ON CHannel"? I would call the dealer and ask. but when you find out i would love to know
