It's so back-level, I'd be a little cautious about potential security issues and malware sites.

What do you guys use it for? If at all? I've used it for Reddit while sitting in a parking lot while the wife was shopping lol but that's about it so far. More of a novelty than anything else so far.

Definitely a novelty. Cannot be used in drive for a passenger and your phone would be much more practical to use.
It is very neat though and you do get a big screen to look at.
