Why aren't there any other interior options besides grey? The Civic sedan had more than just grey, why can't the other civic models have similar choices too?

Good question, but I'm not sure either.
Even the sedan touring only had the black seats and no other colors.
I guess Canada only offers that one color for now?
Personally for me, as long as it's not in ivory.. hard to maintain for me, jeans would rub off onto the seats and stain it.

According to this Youtube video from Motormouth Canada, The Canadian version of the coupe gets Paddle shifter and Wireless Charging while the US version doesn't. I read on the honda.ca site it mentioned paddle shifter but I thought it was a misprint, looks like it wasn't

That's odd since the USA has Civic culture that's just as strong as Canada, even more.
