The title says it all. Would a tune first be recommended, then get an exhaust? I'm looking to get Hondata's Flashpro. The exhaust I'm looking to get is GReddy's Supreme SP system. I have the funds to get one or the other right now.

Also, would you recommend another exhaust? I'm just finding limited options.

If you get the exhaust without a tune, you will have better sound with no performance increase and possibly a decrease. If you get the tune first you get an instant performance increase and the ability to get a slight performance increase out of the exhaust when you can afford it.

Hondata makes extremely reliable tunes, as does K Tuner, which is fairly new in comparison. Magnaflow and Borla are worth considering as well. Are you thinking just a cat back or full system?

Hondata is the way to go. Do that first. My Si now will throw you back in the seats. Exhaust just as better sound. GReddy sound pretty good but not loud enough for me. I'm removing my muffler and resonator....then if something comes out that sounds great I will install it...exhaust doesn't add enough horses to even make a difference.

Our SI exhaust will be available towards the end of the year if interested in another option. The flashpro is a good place to start. great bump in power.

Cat back for now. I want to swap out down and front pipes eventually.
