Tuning to remove CEL

for states with emissions, can hondata or Ktuner permanently keep engine lights off with catless downpipes?

Ktuner still allows you to bypass the CEL.

Is Hondata doing this on previous versions?like the 8th and 9th gens.My last Civic was a 9th SI that had a catless Downpipe,of course VitViper tuned with Flash Pro and also the CEL issue was disabled.
