I got a new Turbo Charger EGR Solenoid Valve Actuator. After running car for about 20mins, one of the tubes came off causing the engine to die after a few kilometres. The lose tube has been fixed but turbo doesn't seem to be working and I have multiple errors on dashboard including hill assist problem, brake system problem and vehicle stability assist problem.
Any idea what could be causing this? Will a hard reset fix this?
