Unknown yellow light on dashboard

Honda Civic 2017 ....yellow warning icon came on in middle of dashboard ....looks like bottom part of a steering wheel & top part a baseball cap ....steering wobbled when this light came on..was on for maximum 1 second ...any ideas what this could be

possibly a problem with the electric steering ?
