It has to come in the iconic championship white. That's the color i'd pick.

We’ve already seen a rendering of what the 10th Gen Civic Hatchback Type R will look like in USDM production form thanks to X-Tomi. As nice as green is, what about seeing the Type R in the more common market colors like red or blue? That’s exactly what we have here. Based on the original rendering, here’s the Type R in both red and blue.
Not much is known about the 10th gen Civic Hatchback Type R other than the speculation that it has an output higher than the outgoing model's 310 PS and 295 lb-ft of torque with a 0 to 100 km/h sprint time of 5.7 seconds.

or even something to the effect of championship yellow
i'm no paint guru but i have a feeling this design will look amazing in yellow, that with black and red badges.
Would be cool if Honda offers a special edition Type R with Mugen paint. But yea, generally white, black, blue and red are enough for most people.
Maybe Red if it's not the bright cherry red in the rendering.
