hi guys, i saw this guys (portlandmotorcars.com) while looking for a vehicle inspection in NW, Portland. Has anyone in the NW ever used these guys for vehicle inspections?

I'm not from Portland so I can't help you.. Maybe a Honda dealership will be willing to perform a vehicle inspection for a fee. Do you have a trusted mechanic you can go to?
