Have a 2015 Si in our stable. Several fun cars over the years. Long time McLaren fan. Check out the license plate frame.

Could have a serious interest for an R. But loving the Si for now.

Western NC is a great place for twisty mountain roads. I live in Chicagoland and have driven to NC numerous times for hiking vacations to the mountains and waterfalls.
My family have been near Mt Mitchel since horse and wagon days. Awesome roads, not too busy back when I was learning to drive. Had an older Plymouth and dreamed of Lotus. Decades passed and the Lotus came along.

Now at 60 I've moved to more practical daily rides. The orange Civic is a remarkable value. So fun to run around in, the 6 speed makes all the difference. Yet it can go through a car wash and I'm sure there's a french fry under the seat.

To me the lines of the sedan just "make more sense" than the coupe. Has a classic simplicity.

I saw and sat in a 10th Gen for the first time today. A very different car. No real opinion yet but it does look like they are trying to move towards the uptown segment. Not sure if I like that or not. Simplicity has it's own appeal.
