I have been in my 2016 Civic LX for about a month now and all seems good. I do have one strange thing that bugs me. I have come back to my Civic a couple of times and found all four windows down about half way. I know that when I parked they were all up. Have looked through the Owners CD several times and haven't found anything that addresses this. I try not to leave anything of real value in the car but I still don't want the interior soaked because it happened to rain. Any thoughts out there?? What am I missing?:surprise:

Are you close enough to the car you might still be in range for the remote? Is the fob in a pocket where it might get pressed? One supposition is that fob unlock is getting held down in your pocket. This will open windows.

If you press the unlock button and then again and hold it down, the windows should roll down. Your pocket could be pressing up against it. If your key isn't being pressed and the windows are still rolling down then you may have a problem.

If you want this turned off I think that's an option which can be turned off at the dealer, one of those things in a back end menu which we wouldnt' have access to.

I believe all 2016 civics have this feature but on mine it's press unlock twice and hold on the third.

Worth a try. It's just a few button presses away, I thought it was just 1 press and hold but it could be 2 press and then hold.
