Window trim chrome delete
2020 Sport, 6-speed Manual…
We dove in and did the “chrome” delete around the windows. Prep takes some time but it is the key to getting beautiful results. Lots of tape and masking. Clean the aluminum trim to remove wax and oils (we used rubbing alcohol.) Lightly sand. Clean again before spraying. We applied three light coats of a flat black Krylon enamel specifically for metal.
Now… we’ll need to replace the chrome “Honda” and “Sport” badges on the rear deck with black emblems!
